During the 2008 Annual Conference, a special session was offered from Larry Roper, Vice Provost for Student Affairs and Interim Dean of Liberal Arts at Oregon State University.

A visionary leader in Student Affairs, Larry shared his thoughts on recreation and social justice, which prompted stimulating conversation. The feedback received has been very positive and Larry is pleased to share his PowerPoint presentation as a benefit to NIRSA Members.
