2007 NIRSA Collegiate Soccer Sport Club Championships coming to Pensacola

Part of the National Campus Championship Series

NIRSA is pleased to announce that Pensacola, Florida will be the location for the 14th annual NIRSA Collegiate Soccer Sport Club Championships, part of the NIRSA National Championship Series. University of West Florida Recreation and Sport Services is partnering with the Pensacola Sports Association to host the event.

Doug Ewing (Arizona State University), NIRSA Co-Director of Competition for soccer, said, “I am excited to work with Bill Healey and the staff at the University of West Florida. We will be using ten fields at the Ashton Brosnaham facility and two fields on the campus of the University of West Florida. Both sites have outstanding fields.”

Pensacola and West Florida have a lot to offer. Teams will be able to visit historic downtown Pensacola, enjoy the beautiful ocean water of the Gulf of Mexico, and of course compete in one of the nation’s best and largest collegiate soccer sporting events.

Online registration materials will be available in early September.
