"Engaging Emerging Influencers" is the theme of the 16th Emerging Recreational Sports Leaders Conference, taking place February 9-10 at Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans. The focus of the conference is to prepare student leaders and young professionals to guide others to live, work and play in a multicultural society.
