Rachael Finley is NNC’s first national student intern

CMU student will be highly involved in all areas of NIRSA

Rachael FinleyThe NIRSA National Center welcomes Rachael Finley as its first full-time student intern in the newly formed NNC Internship Program. Rachael is a fifth-year senior in Community Recreation, with a minor in Sports Studies, at Central Michigan University.

Rachael will be highly involved in all areas of NIRSA: programming, budgeting, board meetings, and sports events, to name a few. She will complete her internship on May 31, 2007.

The purpose of the program is to develop future Association leaders through an informative and comprehensive internship experience in association management, leadership, sport event management, educational program development, membership services, and marketing activities.

Rachael enjoys making a difference and having fun; both go hand in hand. Activities that fall under these categories include physical activity, volleyball, volunteering, traveling, cooking, laughing, and hanging out with her water bottle named Ted.
